Pilleyar Bar & Kitchen is perfectly casual with a premium location in the center of Ubud with a simple and family design that can create a comfortable atmosphere and also a roomy parking area. Pilleyar Bar & Kitchen is founded and run by a Balinese couple from Ubud with a classy and spacious open terrace and indoor area with smart cozzy architecture design and features homie family service which hopefully will bring you a different experience. We create gourmet Indonesian dishes alongside Western Fusion which you can enjoy for lunch and dinner. We believe we offer unique and with our service… tell the story

The menu feature will lead to Indonesian Cuisine such as Pilleyar Signature ‘ Nasi Goreng Bongkot’: which is a classic Balinese fried rice with a touch of aromatic torch ginger, ‘Sate Ayam Base Kare’ is a grilled marinated chicken skewer with Indonesian Balinese spices served with vegetables ‘urab’ and fragrant rice. As well a delicious Western choice such as Pilleyar Surf n Turf is a grilled beef tenderloin and prawn served with sauteed vegetables, garlic potato, and herb white wine sauce, Seafood Grill is a grilled mixed seafood served with sauteed vegetables, tomato sauce, and basil rice and we create also few choices for vegetarian.
The dessert will lead to Lemon Cheese Cake with orange fruit minestrone, Chocolate Mouse with strawberry ice cream, and a few more delicious choices.

The beverages will offer a drink from our creative Bartender such as Glowing Tamarind is a rum shake with homemade tamarind syrup and orange juice, Muddy Pilleyar is a tequila and whisky muddled shaken with lemon, basil, and brown sugar topped with Sprite, and a few creative cocktails made from infused Balinese Arak and choice for healthy smoothies.

Delicious food! I ordered the gado gado, lumpia, mie goreng and sate ayam jawa - all delicious and excellent value. It fed two adults and two small children for about 55k each. Will definitely eat here again. Beautiful flavours and good portion sizes.

Repas très bon , généreux , prix accessible. Le service est rapide et le personnel très gentil et polis. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant. Il est pas très visible de la rue mais il vaut carrément le detour. Les plats traditionnels et autres sont nombreux dans la carte ! J ai adoré ! C est très propre aussi ! Le décor est cosy. J y ai mange 2 fois dans la même semaine !
